The major advantage of our company is that the insulating material is manufacturered in our premises. The material is called Neptune® panel and it belongs to the family of ceramic materials. Our company holds European patents for this material. The product was first invented in the year of 2000 and it was used extensively by company Ippokampos SA a leading Marine Interior Outfiting company of Greece.

Having the knowledge of the insulating material we do not try to build a door around the insulation as it is the common way but we combine the steel construction and the formation of the insulation at the same line. The advantage is that we end up with a ceramic door with excellent heat resisting properties, low weight having numerous possibilities in decorative finishes
Neptune® panel can be molded, giving us the advantage of being able to produce any shape especially curves. As a result the interior designer can get certified construction without the limit of the straight panels.

Sound Insulation is another field where are Neptune® panel is by far the best on this subject. The combination of layers of Neptune® foil with Rockwool in the middle generates a sound reduction starting from 33dB of the 24mm panels and getting up to 46 db of the double layer of the 24mm panel. Our panel absorbs the sound and it does not reflect it and the sound transmission in the vertical orientation is kept to a minimum. If the complete package of our panels is used then we can manufacture cabins in the logic of box in a box which gives the best possible sound insulating results.

Last but not least an advantage of Neptune® panel, which derived following extensive tests, is that it does not hold static electricity and as a result it can be characterized as an explosion proof material.
